Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment must be received before your order is shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to process orders within one to two business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are guidelines, not guarantees.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display products and colours as accurately as possible, but screen settings can affect how things look. Slight variations in colour or texture are normal and do not qualify as defects. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Liability
